One of my favourite lamp designs is the Vitamin K-Lamp designed by Chris and Andy Vernall. The lamp itself is a very simple structure consisting of 2 smooth curved shapes, one resting atop of the other. This created a light and airy structure that looks elegant when it is switched off and a diffused source of light when switched on.
I wanted to show off this lamp in a modern and rustic environment so I decided to have it set back in a wall.
