This project was made with the goal of designing and modelling a set of 4 mugs. My idea was to create a mug that offers both comfort as well as function.
I achieved this by creating a wider handle with curved edges and implementing a small indent in the top of the handle, a perfect area to rest your thumb whilst drinking. The handle was extended down until it was level with the base of the mug. This was done to increase the usable area of the grip to avoid those with larger hands being unable to properly grip.
The rendering style was for a realistic set with higher end brands in mind.
